Triangle Krav Maga (TKM)

WHAT WE TEACH
Krav Maga is the official fighting system of Israeli military and many other special forces worldwide. As a self-defense system, Krav Maga ("close combat" in Hebrew) is well-known for its brutal counter-attacks, training for multiple attackers and the ability to end fights quickly. Unlike many traditional martial arts, Krav Maga focuses on efficiency and practical applications over acrobatic kicks or convoluted grappling. At TKM, our goal is to equip responsible citizens with the necessary skills to neutralize threats quickly, so they can get home safe.
Additionally, Krav Maga is super fun and a serious workout. Be prepared to push yourself when you come! Calories must die!!!

DRESS CODE
Wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt, shorts, etc.) and whatever shoes you would normally wear day to day. Bring MMA gloves or wraps for striking. A mouthpiece and a cup are also recommended.

BEHAVIOR
At TKM, we promote a culture of respect and courtesy for one another. Machismo, showing off or not listening to instructors can lead to injuries and will not be tolerated. The goal is to make each other stronger. We can all have fun and be safe at the same time. Shalom!
