Tribal Wisdom believes sustainable leaders of tomorrow starts today; Select Leaderships goal is to inspire our children for a sustainable world through self-awareness, environmental responsibility, critical thinking, and decision-making, Through mindful goal setting, positive reinforcements to build individual assets and to cultivate a positive social and emotional leader of tomorrow, while engaging parents and child to build their dream goals together.


SELECT LEADERSHIP is an after school program, for children ages eight to ten years of age. Participants are selected by teachers, counselors, and parent/guardians that see that special spark in a child who may simply need a gentle nudge in the right direction. Reminding us all that a good education is not only found in the classroom environment.

• SELECT LEADERSHIP offers positive direction, which aids children in building self-esteem, a sense of belonging and connectedness while empowering them to say no to crime, drugs, and untruly behaviors in the future. SELECT LEADERSHIP does this through asset building, goal setting, and self-awareness.
• SELECT LEADERSHIP offers the parent/guardian tools to engage with the child, ways to manage stress and to live in the present moment, while building a positive relationship at an early age to ensure their child can become whomever they desire.
• SELECT LEADERSHIP offers teachers and staff reinforcement to apply values, tips for creating a positive classroom environment, assessments on effectiveness of relationship skills, decision-making, self-awareness, changed behaviors, and overall analysis for each child accepted into the program.
