Tribeca Grill is a New American restaurant located at 375 Greenwich Street (at Franklin Street) in Tribeca, Manhattan, in New York City, co-owned by Robert De Niro, Drew Nieporent and Lou Diamond Phillips, among others. It opened in 1990. The Executive Chef is Scott Burnett. The "large mahogany bar is from the Maxwell's Plum restaurant."Since 2002, Tribeca Grill has been a recipient of the Wine Spectator Grand Award.In 2013, Zagats gave it a food rating of 23.Tribeca Grill is owned by actor Robert DeNiro and restaurateur, Drew Nieporent, as well as Bill Murray, Sean Penn, Harvey & Bob Weinstein, Russell Simmons, Christopher Walken, Ed Harris, Lou Diamond Phillips, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Peter Max, Stewart Lane, Meir Teper and Shep Gordon amongst others.
