Through our Facebook account, our goal is to provide you with information about the TRICARE benefit, changes to the benefit, and health and wellness initiatives throughout the Military Health System. We welcome your thoughts on these topics, as our goal is to give you helpful information and listen to your feedback.

Here are a couple of things you should know about our Facebook engagement:

We are committed to having a dialogue with our Facebook community. Due to the volume of questions and comments we receive, it may take a week or more to respond to your post. Sometimes due to the nature of a post, or due to overwhelming response, we may post one large response. Inquiries that involve specific medical questions may require TRICARE to contact you through a different forum, including e-mail or phone, in order to provide you the proper level of support.

Please keep in mind that while we strive to respond to as many relevant questions and comments as possible, we reserve the right to use our judgment in selecting which messages receive a posted response.
