Trinity Children's Center Preschool

The philosphy at Trinity Children's Center is to educate the whole child. Our goal is to help each child reach his/her full potential in all areas of development. Our curriculum is based upon knowledge of how young children learn, while fostering the awareness of self and developing a healthy self-image.

Most importantly we want your child to have a positivie preschool experience in a safe nurturing environment. Daily and weekly class routines include group structured activities, free play, prereading/writing skills, math, science, art, music, library, snack, and outdoor play.

Creativity and individuality are encouraged along with respect for others. Our environment is created to help each child develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

-Parent participation is encouraged at various times throughout the year both within the classroom and on field trips.

-Library is once a week, your child will choose a book from our school library to bring home and share with their family.

-Music class is scheduled each week for 30 minutes. The children recite, sing and move along to the rhythm of numerous songs and rhymes. Music and movement is also incorporated on a daily basis.

-Snack is provided each day for the children.

-Our playground is fenced in and weather permitting, we bring the children outside to end our day.

-Field trips and numerous activities are planned throughout the school year. Parents and siblings are welcome to attend.
