Great for busy families or large households, we offer custom orders for either a whole, half or quarter beef. Personalize your order by selecting from a variety of cut and wrap options provided by our butchers. All cattle raised for our custom orders are grass fed and grain finished. When processed, your meat is USDA inspected to ensure a safe and healthly product for your family. It is then dry aged 14-21 days in order to cure, creating more tender and palatable beef.
