TriYoga Boston

TriYoga Boston is a non-profit organization serving the Boston MetroWest community with yoga classes for beginners through advanced. The TriYoga method is systematic, therapeutic, and energetic. We offer RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training, RYT 300 Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training. The TriYoga flows unite posture (asana), rhythmic breath (pranayama), and focus (mudra), bringing awareness within to the subtle flow of energy. They also increase strength and flexibility, improve the quality of the breath, focus the mind, and open you to inner wisdom and guidance.
