Established in 1991, TRM Construction Management, with offices in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is a General Contractor that specializes in construction management of commercial construction and restoration projects. Although our headquarters have relocated back to Jensen Beach, FL we serve all of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of Florida. In 2012 we opened offices in Philadelphia, PA and Toms River, NJ to bring our unique expertise in commercial restorations (whether its a result of flood, wind, fire or other natural disaster), to assist in rebuilding post-Superstorm Sandy, which the effects of are still felt long after the flood waters have receded.



Rick Miller, the principal owner has been licensed Certified General Contractor in Florida since 1983, and is a licensed General Contractor in NJ, PA and CO. We have completed numerous commercial construction, re-construction and restoration projects nationwide totaling well over $100 Million.
