Tropicana Del Norte is a small privately owned residence hall directly adjacent to the UCSB main campus. Home to a diverse, tight-knit community of UCSB students, it’s easy to meet people at one of the dozens of get-togethers organized by our RAs. Each of our 51 furnished suites offers much more personal living space than a dorm room, with three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. We offer single, double, triple and quad occupancy bedrooms—and a roommate matching service; unlimited meal plans at our onsite café, resort-style amenities including heated pool, rec room, fitness center, movie theater, tanning booth, study lounge and laundry room. Your room, unlimited meal plan, light housekeeping and utilities--even basic cable and high-speed WiFi--are all included in one easy monthly payment.
