Tru Fit Training

Tru Fit Training is a personal training studio that was established out of a necessity for the individual and those individual's unique requirements, regardless of nature. Every person is different in both body and mind, it is this individuality that drives us as people as well as this facility, to strive for individual improvement on any level.

The human nervous system is a valuable and unique element of the person that we should hold above all else. It controls, or rather governs, all other bodily systems, as a result of this fact, this is where we focus the majority of our attention. By facilitating small changes in the nervous system and its higher functions, we are able to create massive and positive changes both physically and mentally. It is with this ethos that we approach each client's problems, and derive their individual solutions.
