TruckSaw Creations

As a kid growing up in southwestern Virginia, some of my fondest memories was spending time at my Mamaw and Papaw's house. Not only were they incredible people of faith, but they were blessed teachers of hard work and nature. On my grandparent's property was a small saw mill that my grandfather owned. Now this wasn't his primary vocation, actually he was a auto mechanic. The coolest thing about this saw mill was that he used an old pickup truck to run this large saw blade. I remember running up and down piles of sawdust, watching the logs go through the mill and just enjoying being with my Papaw.

Several years ago, I had the desire to follow in my grandfather's love of woodworking. So i began building different items for my home. My wife has loved this by the way. :) But only recently have I been encouraged by friends and family to open up a shop and start selling my creations.

I'm thankful for my papaw, who used his creative mind to doing something amazing like create a truck saw. I too, pray I can create something that has a lasting legacy.
