True Char Charcoal offers 100% homemade lump charcoal in a variety of flavors. We are always on the lookout for more kinds of wood to offer different options.

True Char is made of only the specified hardwoods, with no binders or fillers.

We are almost always available, but are easiest to contact at the Streator Farmers Market, each Saturday from June through October.
