Chef Brad Banion of St. Augustine, FL offers freshly-prepared savory catering - whether vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or BBQ - for up to 100 people. Happy Food ~ Happy Events!

Brad lives in St. Augustine, FL with his wife and two of their three children, numerous rescue Chihuahuas and a few rescue cats.

Brad's wife Aimee K. Banion has a complementary business "Trust The Bus: VW Artwork" on Facebook (as well as High Tide Gallery on San Marco Ave.) and the husband and wife team plan to vendor together at Volkswagen shows in the future.

WHY WE ARE CALLED "TRUST THE BUS":
As a child, Aimée's favorite memory of her Uncle David was loading up into his "school bus yellow" VW Bus with all her cousins for a trip to the candy store. The bus would refuse to start until the children chanted, "Trust the bus! Trust the bus!" David would pop the dashboard with his fist and the engine would roar to life! The children cheered & the adventure began...

Our creativity in cooking, painting and these memories are a testament to the inspiration Uncle David brought to many of us here in the Oldest City of St. Augustine.
