The Tukwila School District reserves the right to remove comments according to its social media policy.

The District does not express approval or support for the views expressed by third-parties. The District reserves the right to remove inappropriate comments. This includes comments that have obscene language or sexual content, threaten or defame any person or organization, violate the legal ownership interest of another party, support or oppose political candidates or ballot propositions, promote illegal activity, promote commercial services or products, or are not topically related to the particular posting, or contain contents that promote, foster, or perpetuate discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation. The District will not, however, remove otherwise permissible comments based on viewpoint.

All comments on the Tukwila School District's Facebook page related to district business will be considered public records subject to disclosure upon request.
