Tungsten CrossFit’s purpose is to assist individuals in achieving or maintaining a level of fitness that promotes overall health and improved quality of life.

Tungsten CrossFit offers a distinct style of fitness training. Our methods and programming provide challenging, unique, and creative workouts that invigorate both the body and mind. We focus on building gymnastic (body weight) skills, weightlifting strength and metabolic conditioning for overall cardiovascular health. We strive to deliver the CrossFit program as it is intended: constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.

We welcome you to join us at Tungsten CrossFit regardless of your current physical condition, training experience, or age. The training needs of an Olympian and a grandparent only differ by degree, not kind.
