Turning Leaf Behavioral Health Services

Turning Leaf is a CARF-Accredited behavioral health treatment provider supporting adults with a primary diagnosis of mental illness; those dually diagnosed with mental illness and developmental disabilities; as well as co-occurring diagnoses such as: personality disorders, and/or substance use disorders. We offer a continuum of residential programs that are outcome-driven and community based. Our treatment programs are designed to provide person-centered support to individuals in their recovery or stabilization as they progress towards an individually-appropriate amount of support. Our goal is to provide the individuals that we serve with the life skills and coping mechanisms necessary to be in control of their own recovery; supporting them where and how they need it at each phase. Our continuum includes CARF-Accredited Residential Treatment, Community Housing, Day Treatment and Community Integration programs.
