Turning Point Community Services, Inc.

TPCS Inc., is a community-based organization designed to address the needs of underserved people, especially women and children, in Essex and Union Counties of New Jersey.

Since its inception in January, 2002, TPCS has provided housing and supportive services to over a 1,000 individuals. Current programs are staffed 24 hours a day in order to provide safe and secure housing, and supportive services that help facilitate successful transition from a state of homelessness to independent living.
