I started eating clean about a year ago after reading "It Starts With Food" by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig. My husband and I did the 30 day detox together and felt amazing. Nate lost 15 pounds and I lost about 10. Losing weight was just a bonus to the transformation. I had great energy throughout the day, my acid reflux went away, and I stopped getting achy legs at night plus food took on a whole new flavor. It was as if our taste buds woke up. There truly is a load of science behind eating clean and how beneficial it is to your body. The down side to eating clean though is how time consuming the prepping and cooking is. That's where my service comes in. After a one on one consultation to determine dietary needs and preferences a customized meal packages is created (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans). Once that is all set the rest is done by us. We do all the shopping, cooking, packaging, labeling, and delivery. Allowing you to not only eat clean but enjoy more free time to do what you love.
