Turtle Cove mobile home park

We rent lots and a few select homes. Lot rents are currently at $150 per month, and will accommodate most single or double-wide homes up to 3 bedrooms. Homes must also have vinyl siding and shingle roof. We have both 2 & 3 bedroom homes ranging from 1060 to 1800 sq ft and priced from $675 to $825.
