Beautiful fifteen acre facility featuring six stall lesson barn, 14 stall boarding barn, 90'x170' sand riding ring, 200'x200' grass jump field, 12'x12' matted stalls, five pastures with no-climb safety fencing, four wash racks, and well schooled lesson horses for riders of all levels. Our large tack rooms have saddle and bridle racks, plenty of personal storage space, tack cleaning stations, a refrigerator and a full bathroom. Head trainer Lee Ann Selkowitz has over 20 years of riding, showing, training, and teaching experience. (References available on request.) Members USEF and USHJA. Rates

Lessons:
1/2 hr Private-$30, Package of 4- $100, Package of 10- $200
1 hr Private-$50, Package of 4- $180, Package of 10- $400
1hr Group (2-4 students)-$30, Package rates same as 1/2 hr Private

*As of 12/1/2012 all lesson prices will increase by $5

Board:
Stall Board- $425/month, Includes grain 2x/day, hay 3x/day, daily stall cleaning, daily turnout in large grass pastures, blanketing, application of (owner provided) fly spray and turnout boots, feeding of (owner provided) supplements, full use of facilities.

Full Board- $650/month, includes all Stall Board amenities plus tacking and un-tacking for rides (1hr minimum notice required), bathing as required, monthly clipping (muzzle, fetlocks, ears, bridle path), and monthly mane pulling or shortening.

Training Board- $700/month, Includes all Stall Board amenities plus 3 training rides per week.

*As of 12/1/2012 all board prices will increase by $25

*All Boarders are required to take at least 2 lessons per month with the trainer(s) in residence. Our goal is to promote a family atmosphere and encourage riders to progress in their education.
