Nestled just north of the quaint town of Waymart, PA, Elk Lake is a beautiful and private spring fed lake, just perfect for swimming, fishing boating or just spending a lazy afternoon lakeside on the deck.

The Twin Peaks is a newly renovated lakefront home offering: outstanding views of the lake, 3 bedrooms + sleeping area loft (sleeps 8), 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, dining room, screened in porch overlooking the lake, sun deck, patio area with grill and plenty of parking.

Twin Peaks comes lake ready with: a private deck and dock lakeside, rowboat, paddle boat, 2 man kayak, floating swimming platform, and fishing is allowed with a PA fishing lic.

More About The Twin Peaks Experience:

Location: 4 Miles north of Waymart, PA between the towns of Carbondale and Honesdale PA off route 6

The Lake: Is a spring fed glacial made lake that is 1.3 miles long and 3/4 mile wide. This is a privately owned lake with with only 130 members. Twin Peaks is located only 200 ft. from the lake shoreline.

Lake Facilities with the Rental: There is a private deck and dock for your enjoyment. Also included is a swimming floating dock, rowboat, 2-man kayak, and a paddleboat.

House Facilities with the Rental: A new renovated home having a kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, full bath with shower and tub, 1/2 bath in the master bedroom (queen bed), living room, sleeping loft, screened in porch, sun deck, patio with grills, and plenty of parking.

House Included Supplies: We supply all utensils (dishes, silverware, pans, etc...), towels and sheets. Heat, no air conditioning but ceiling fans in all rooms, televisions in the main living room and master bedroom, as well as a DVD and VCR player. Coffee Maker, stove and full size refrigerator.

Nearby Shopping and Attractions: Shopping is locally available within 5 miles, and many nearby Pocono Attractions. Churches are available in nearby Waymart PA. There’s also a local pub and restaurant (Jakes’s Place) on the lake.

Reservations and Rates:
May 1st through June 10th and from Sept. 15th
Weekend Only - Fri. 5Pm to Sun 5Pm: $300

June 11th through Sept. 14th:
Weekly Rate - Sat. 12pm to Sat. 12pm: $800 per week


Deposits and Restrictions:
A $50 deposit is required prior to arrival for weekly rentals, and $25 for weekends.
Maximum number of guests shall not exceed 8 unless agreed upon before check in.
Smoking IS NOT PERMITTED in the home.
