Twin Tracks is a family-owned business that strives to provide delicious home-cooked-style food in a convenient manner. Founded in 2010, Twin Tracks Catering began life as Twin Tracks BBQ Shack - named after our "twin trains" shaped pig cooker. We started out doing concessions, competition cook-offs, and other variety festivals and charitable events in the area. We built up a substantial following after placing 2nd in the Ham & Yam Festival in Smithfield, NC.
In 2014, we decided to focus on catering. While we still have the capability to do cook-offs, we have found that catering better suits our clientele and gives them the chance to taste competition-style food in the comfort of their own environment.
We had several clients ask for us to cater consecutive weeks, something more akin to what a restaurant would do. Therefore, we recently opened Twin Tracks BBQ in June of 2016 in Franklinton, NC to further reach out into the community.
