We are a family owned and operated business that is proud to serve fresh food from scratch.
We believe in food that is made with love and with fresh ingredients. Nearly all of our sauces are made in house from our own recipes.
Our BBQ is marinated and seasoned with a cafe recipe of spice and savory goodness.
Our pizza dough is made from scratch every day in house as well.
We feature as much local bread as possible for our sandwiches. Right now Susie's Bakery in Weaverville supplies fresh bread to us.
Our BBQ sandwiches are made with sauces that we create here. We have Carolina Mustard, a Kansas City BBQ and a spicy Sriracha BBQ Sauce.
Our coffee is organic fair trade from Cafe Moto based in San Diego, CA. Their beans are roasted using solar energy and shipped to us fresh.
We also offer onsite or to go catering for select areas.
