The menu flair is a mix of Down Home Southern Comfort Food, Like Handmade Hamburger Steaks, Burger's hand pressed to order, Conecuh Sausage Bites, Country Fried Steak, Beef Tips and Rice and In House Smoked BBQ Pork Butts and Ribs. But the Twist is the mix of Southwestern influence in some of the dishes and ingredients like fresh made Pico De Gallo , Quesadillas , Stuffed Jalapeno's, and either Beef Chicken or BBQ Nacho's. But we offer the good ol' Blue plate style servings daily, as well as our regular menu, with two great dessert offerings, Fresh made Banana Pudding or our signature Buffalo Chip Stuffed Chocolate Chip Pie.
