We are located in Lakeland Florida (Polk County). Teaching Jeet Kune Do Concepts(Jun Fan Gung Fu) and the complete traditional system of Wing Chun Kung Fu as taught SiFu: Sam Hing Fai Chan, SiFu: Steve Lee Swift and SiFu: Samuel Kwok, all of which are direct students of Ip Chun and Ip Ching, sons of Ip Man founder of modern day Wing Chun(Ving Tsun). SiFu: Sam Hing Fai Chan is direct disciple of Ip Ching under whom he received the bulk of his training and SiFu Steve Lee Swift is direct disciple of Ip Chun under whom he received the bulk of his training before continuing to train under Ip Ching, Wong Shung Leung and Simon Lau in his quest to learn every aspect of the Wing Chun Keun system; SiFu Samuel Kwok is a direct deciple of Ip Ching and a long time student of Ip Chun as well. Sifu Jimmy Manfredy Began his training in Northern Long Fist(Chang Quan a.k.a Wushu) at the age of 5 under Sifu Wang Zhi Chen(R.I.P) but has currently turned his focus to and has been trained in all aspect of Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do; from the open hand forms, Muk Yan Jong(Wooden Dummy) Chi Sau(Sticky Hands) and weapons, such as the “Long Pole and Butterfly Swords”(Lok Dim Boon Kwan & Bok Jom Dao). Sifu Manfredy has been certified by Sifu Chan in all the levels of Wing Chun under the "International Wing Chun Martial Arts Association" and has since received tutelage from SiFu Steve Lee Swift for speed and accuracy and combat proficiency. Sifu Manfredy is a direct 3rd generation disciple of the Ip Man lineage under SiFu Samuel Kwok who's teachings have shown the him the direct close range power, foundational energy and full use of the of the Wing Chun system. In the attempt to learn as much as possible of the art of Wing Chun in order to provide the best possible experiences and as much information possible to our students. Sifu Jimmy Manfredy's unrelenting thirst for knowledge is why we provide training in multiple aspect of Martial Arts, Chinese Boxing, close quarter combat and self defense training.
