A California-inspired yakitori restaurant by chefs Sang Yoon & Douglas Keane, located inside the newly renovated Freemark Abbey Winery in St. Helena. The first collaboration between the two chefs, the restaurant will feature poultry-forward dishes – highlighting locally sourced product from purveyors in Wine Country – and an eclectic wine list, led by Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly (Cyrus, Quince). Opening summer 2016.
