TWR: The Watershed Residence

The Watershed Residence (TWR) is a safe, secure, and structured sober living community; it is also the next step after completing the day treatment program at The Watershed Apartments. While living at The Watershed Residence, you will attend evening treatment at the Watershed facilities (commonly known as IOP). You will also be able to take our Life Skills Enrichment courses, participate in our Job Placement Program, and enjoy the many Alumni events and scheduled 12 step recovery meetings that are provided.


During the day there is more freedom to volunteer, go to school, or work. The Watershed Residence offers an on-site Career Development Program, where we will assist you in GED and Education enrollment, help you to obtain employment, and offer vocational preparation courses such as Basic Computer Training, Specific Job Seeking Services, and Resume Development.


Additional life enrichment classes are offered as well, like Budgeting and Financing, Healthy Eating, and Time Management. You can also take part in fellowship, or join one of our many social clubs available, such as the book club, writing & poetry, walking/running and many others.


Each tenant will be given access to our online recovery community web site where we will provide information and resources within the community and local area. There will be a Calendar of scheduled events provided by The Watershed’s Career Development and Alumni Departments so that you will always be informed about what exciting opportunities are being offered.

The Watershed Residence is fully equipped with all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Some of these features include fully furnished apartments, pool, on-site laundry, gym, computer lab, and flat screen televisions in each apartment.


The Watershed offers numerous avenues of support which provide the best in holistic services, preparing you for successful independent living and lifelong recovery. In our sober living community, you will build supportive networks and
friends while being able to transition back into life with ease and comfort.
