Txokos Basque Kitchen

Txokos Basque Kitchen [cho-kos] is inspired by the Basque region in Northern Spain where there are more restaurants per square foot than anywhere else in the world. The name, Txokos, means an underground exclusive gastronomic society of people who come together to eat, drink, socialize and experiment with new ways of cooking. In this spirit, we offer a menu featuring fresh ingredients from our Florida coastal waters, local farms and what is grown in our market garden. There is a Gin Tonic menu, creative cocktails, Spanish beer, Sidras (Spanish Cider) and a hand selected all-Spanish wine list featuring wines from the best winemakers in Spain.
We have a diversity of spaces and atmospheres that create unique dining experiences. The Kitchen Bar gives you a direct view of "the line" where you get to see our talented young chefs creating our delicious menu. The Communal Table takes on the true essence of Basque Pintxo Bar where new friends are made. The Asador Bar gives you a close look at our wood burning grill while getting tips from our chef who has mastered this art of cooking. The Farm Table seats up to eight people and is a great place to dine family style with friends and family.
