ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Houston, TX. Although we lived near the city, my father made sure that my brother and I spent most of our time outdoors. We hunted, fished, worked outside, gardened, and processed lots of our own foods. My childhood was full and fun. As I grew older and the city larger, it seemed the outdoors were farther out of reach each day. It was in 2010, the year my son was born that I decided to move away from Houston. I longed to raise my son in a place where he could do some of the things I enjoyed while growing up. My brother had been living in Montana for two years at this point and constantly talked about how much I would love it. I made the plan, saved the money, and hit the road to big sky country.

My first job was in a five-star Cajun restaurant when I was 14 as the weekend busser and host. For the next eight years I was intricately involved in the fine dining business. I left a lucrative position as a professional server at the Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. So upon arriving in Montana, I had a hunger to succeed. I began cooking, because I had a background in restaurants and it was the only job immediately available. I started from the bottom, with an extensive knowledge of quality food, but little skills when it comes to preparation. I aggressively absorbed knowledge and accepted each new challenge with vigor. I soon found my new talent, perfected my skills, and pushed my way through the kitchen ranks. I had many great mentors and many demanding hours on kitchen lines to thank for my success. Today, I am humbled that those mentors and my associates call me a chef.

My cooking style is to constantly try new techniques and flavor fusions while perfecting traditional recipes. Combining my cooking skills with my roots in professional guest service is what sparked the idea for my business. My goal is to bridge the gap between the chef and the guest in order to create a more special dining experience. Utilizing fresh ingredients from local farmers and businesses to provide an unwavering quality embraced by deep creativity. Most of all, I want to get to know people in my community and make a splash in the world of food.





MISSION STATEMENT
My goal is to provide a fun, new, and exciting catering experience to the Flathead Valley. I specialize in personal in-home dinners featuring multiple courses, wine pairings, and tapas parties. While also bringing flair and a new look to more traditional catering events. My menus will always include as many hyper-locally sourced ingredients in support of local businesses, farmers, and the community. I embrace taste preference, dietary particularities, and any allergies with enthusiasm. I believe everybody deserves to enjoy delicious food. So let’s get together and create a truly special culinary experience for your next party or event.
