UCS Healthcare (formerly known as United Community Services & Franklin Family Practice) offers one of the broadest arrays of behavioral and primary health care services in central Iowa. We believe each patient's treatment should be both individualized and holistic. That is accomplished by offering a continuum of care that ranges from well baby care to geriatric medicine and a broad range of mental health care services, psychiatry and addiction treatment including medication assisted treatment. The team members at UCS Healthcare find great personal reward in using their skills and life experiences to partner with patients to achieve optimum health. UCS Healthcare is based in Des Moines, Iowa, with locations in Ankeny and Knoxville.
