The UL Lafayette Student Union, affectionately called "The U" on campus, is the centralized location for all students and organizations at the University. It provides a comfortable and welcoming environment to our campus community.

Our team at the U is dedicated and works to ensure that our mission and objectives are continuously strived for. We're ready to go above and beyond to ensure that the needs of students and visitors are met.

The U is the hub of activity on campus for students and visitors, and our beautiful new building is ideal for hosting your next event or occasion. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted at our visitor's desk with a warm welcome. Our staff members are experienced with event coordinating, and we have worked with area schools and organizations to help them put on great events.

Our brand-new meeting rooms, forum room, second-story porch, and courtyard with bandstand offer beautiful views overlooking Cypress Lake and the campus oaks. We are proud of our facilities and are confident they'll provide the perfect setting for your next meeting, reception, conference, recital, and more.
