My commitment is to provide the highest level of customer service, quality workouts in a safe environment, inspire results and teach you how to make permanent lifestyle changes.
Each session on average will be no longer than 30-45 minutes. These are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions. You will experience short intervals that deliver a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost (ie. boosts your metabolism to burn calories after the workout). Oh and did I mention tons of fun while doing it! :-)
