Tae Kwon Do(TKD) is a hard style martial arts that teaches punches, kicks, and coordinated series of movements called forms. Tae Kwon Do was founded by General Choi Hung Hi in 1955, and is influenced by traditional tae kyun and karate. TKD is also recognized as an Olympic sport with competitions held all around the globe. Ultimate Martial Arts style of Tae Kwon Do is certified by World Tae-Kwon-Do Federation and USNTF.
