Umami is inspired by real Japanese ramen. Our stocks are slow-cooked for twelve hours and combined with both traditional and innovative ingredients. Japan takes ramen seriously, with every ramen establishment claiming they are better than the rest. Ramen is relativeliy new to the U.S. Our mission is to help introduce this amazing style of cuisine to you.
