UMSL Counseling Services

UMSL Counseling Services offers counseling, crisis intervention and consultation to support the mental health of all UMSL students. Initial assessments are provided free of charge. Ongoing counseling services are provided for a nominal fee.

Individual counseling services are available to students currently enrolled at UMSL. Please call or stop by our office to schedule an initial assessment.

We provide crisis intervention services for UMSL students who need help quickly. Please call or walk into our office during normal business hours. When you arrive, we will ask you to complete initial assessment paperwork. You will then meet with a clinician who can provide assessment and quickly connect you to appropriate services.

Concerned about an UMSL student? Please call or stop by our office and ask to speak to the walk-in clinician. We will gladly offer consultation to help you effectively support the student and provide information about resources and services that are available.
