Through innovative instruction and techniques, common athletes will achieve complete physical and mental fitness. The programs will provide a functional fitness program that is designed specifically for each member’s current fitness level and overall fitness goals. We will provide numerous programs designed to reach each client’s fitness objectives rooted in their short and long term goals. The facility/program will not be a commercialized gym that offers fitness for the masses. It will be a customer oriented facility with personally designed programs that develop physical and mental abilities that far exceed client’s expectations prior to beginning the program.

The heart of the Uncommon Athlete is its innovative programing. Individual programs will include a wide variety of fitness methods and principles. Each program will include the use of conventional gym equipment and unconventional equipment to obtain overall adaptive abilities inside and outside the fitness realm. Every program will encompass full spectrum fitness that can incorporate any or all of the following: cardiovascular activities, olympic lifting, unconventional strength and endurance exercises, military style fitness, team/partner events, mental challenges, injury prevention techniques, nutritional counseling, and technical coaching. This programming methodology allows athletes at all levels to achieve their overall fitness goals. Each program will be supervised by an experienced and qualified trainer and scalable in intensity, weight, duration, and distance depending on the athletes physical and mental assessments.
