Underground Fitness

I am currently training all of my clients at the Underground Fitness. To elaborate on my certification, I am ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Certified.

Types of training include: private sessions, group sessions, group bootcamp and more. I offer a variety of different training and workout styles as well as a detailed Nutrition Plans upon request.

Training times vary depending on the day/time of the week, but I am very flexible and we can always work something out.

Have a group of friends that you'd like to train with? We can even create a small group class that works for you.
