This location is perfect for private parties, Film location, video and photo shoots, birthdays, recording and engineering and also GREAT FOR TRACKING DRUMS and sooo much more!

We also provide rooms as B&B with full shower, your own fridge and beds.

hourly rate of renting the whole place for filming and location and parties is $100 an hour and we pay all the permits and no hidden fees. We will also work with your budget if we can

Full pro stage with gear and soundguy for $50 an hour ( limited time )

2 Private 16X20 rooms for $20 an hour ( it does come with a 5 piece DDrum kit, 2 small PA's, Bass amp and mics if needed )

Empty room stating from $15 an hour (you bring your own gear)

Option of having a lockout is available for $450 a month. call us for details

We can also provide music videos with our staff starting at only $500!
