Unified City Outreach

UCO founders, Michael and Nicoele Bailey met in South Africa during a missions trip. Two years later they were married and... spent their first year of marriage in South Africa running a bible school. They have served in full time ministry since 1998, including almost 16 years with Tasch Ministries International.

The Baileys have ministered to a broad range of people including urban-area children and teens, nursing homes, orphanages, churches and missions to several countries.

Michael serves as Founding Director for Unified City Outreach Ministries, and is the Children's Pastor for Unified City Church. Nicoele is Co-Founder of UCOM and is Michael's "right hand" in the ministry as well as mother and homeschool teacher to their three children.

Their heart is to strengthen the local body by bringing churches together for a common purpose. As part of this mission, they provide training and practical hands on experiences in life and ministry.

Michael has a degree in Business Management and Administration with a minor in International Business and an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. His ability to listen to God's direction for specific situations, combined with his fervent and creative teaching style, will provide your church or business with an essential mix of passionate pursuit as well as practical and applicable strategies to take your vision to the #NextLevel.
