In 2007, the Lenders Title Group acquired United Title of Louisiana. With over 100 years of local service and knowledge, each of our Louisiana offices are able to provide real estate title insurance and closing services in any parish in the state.

We also offer a dedicated Commercial Division as well as Asset Solutions to service the needs of all of our lender clients. Our network of offices and agencies allows us to cover our clients locally, regionally and nationwide. And in 2008, American Abstract and Title joined our group, adding more locations to serve the Little Rock and North Little Rock areas. In addition, we are licensed in the state of Florida under the UTL banner.
