UnitedX provides you with an overall workout experience. Our energetic trainers run you through high intensity boot camp workouts that are designed to increase your overall athletic performance. Unlike a treadmill or elliptical at the gym that only works certain areas, our workouts are designed to make you stronger, faster, more explosive, and agile. It’s truly a complete workout.

Working out as a group offers friendly competition and encouragement from your teammates—but it’s more than that. Studies have shown that individuals are most successful maintaining fitness goals when they are held accountable and our training sessions are all about accountability.

By pairing off and breaking the classes down into small groups for friendly competition, UnitedX fosters camaraderie among teammates who cheer for each other to succeed. Over time, that camaraderie strengthens and creates mutual accountability. Missing a class is like missing a team practice—when you miss a class you are truly missed.
