University Village is located at 1600 & 1700 West Plum Street. It offers 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in an academically supportive, family environment for students who are interested in living in an interactive community. Over 1,500 residents, representing over 60 different countries, races, and ethnicity make up our University Village, which is within walking or bicycling distance from both the CSU campus and the Fort Collins City Park.
Ongoing children and teen programs, as well as social and educational events for adults, help establish University Village as a desirable living/learning environment for the whole family. Our "Knowing the World" series has won numerous awards. Other events include our annual WorldFest Celebration and Holidays Around the World. Many of these events take place at the UV Center, a multipurpose building with capacity for 250 people. The UV Center is also available to residents for private parties.
University Village is also home to the Intercultural Connections Community. The Intercultural Connections Community is a special opportunity for single undergraduate students aged 23 and younger who are interested in an international living experience and who want to live in a family-friendly community. To ensure the benefit of this program, ICC applicants are expected to meet certain requirements.
