Unleashed Potential Fitness is a program that is based on a combination of body weight, strength, and cardiovascular exercises. We keep things lively by integrating push-ups,crunches, squats and other strength builders with running, sprinting drills and plyometrics designed to increase speed and build cardiovascular endurance. U.P. Fitness is a co-ed program designed for adults as well as children.
