Q: Do I have to register to view Apartment Listings?

A: No! It’s FREE to view Apartment Listings, send a friend a message, and send an inquiry to that Apartment Listing! So Enjoy! And Find the Apartment Listing you are looking for!

Q: Do I have to register to post a Apartment or Apartment Complex?

A: Yes!

In the “Dashboard” located in the left Side Bar, click “New User? Register Now.”
On the next populated page, enter your “Email Address” and a “User Name.” Click Register! (Too Simple!)
You will be directed to the Front Home Page of UnlimitedApartments.com.
In the Upper Right Hand Corner, you should see the User Name you created. Click and proceed to your Profile Page/Dashboard where you can enter as much profile data as you want.
REMEMBER! Enter a Password here! However, should you forget…check the email address you entered! There you will find a “Welcome Letter to UnlimitedApartments.com” and your “Registration Information” that will include your User Name and Password and the link to your “Dashboard.”
Anytime you are in your Dashboard, click “UnlimitedApartments” in the left-hand corner to take you to the website and submit your listings! That’s It!

Q: What if I don’t receive your email?

A: NOTE! If you don’t see the email from us, please check your SPAM/JUNK FOLDER! Then click that our email is not SPAM/JUNK and add to your address book so you will receive all pertinent emails from us in your IN BOX! Thanks!

Q: What if I forget my Password?

A: Under “Dashboard” in the left-hand Side Bar, click “Forgot Password.” A drop down field will populate requesting the email address you created. Enter the email address and click “Get New Password.” The message “Check Your Email for New Password” will appear. Go to your email and follow the instructions sent to you.

Q: How do I find an Apartment Listing in my City?

A: You will see in the Upper Left Hand Corner the name of your City or the closest City near you. You can click the City you see and State and City boxes will populate for you to select the State and City of your choice. In mere seconds, your Front Page will change to that State and City and you can see what Apartments are listing in your area either in the “Find The Best Apartment” section listing categories you can choose from or under “Latest Listings” section or in the “Categories” section in the left Side Bar.

Q: Why does my State and City not appear on the Front Page?

A: If you State and City does not appear on the Front Page of UnlimitedApartments.com simply means there are not any listings in your State and City of choice currently. In the Upper Left Hand Corner, click the name of the City, and enter the closest State and City to you when the boxes populate.

Q: How do I obtain information about an Apartment Listing that I see?

A: Click the Apartment Listing. The next page will give you all the information about that Apartment’s Listing Details that the Apartment has submitted; i.e., name of Apartment, address, phone number, website, hours of business, map, directions, and specials they are offering.

Q: How do I view photographs of an Apartment Listing:

A: On the Apartment Listing Detail Page, if the Apartment has submitted photographs, they will appear in the Right Hand Side. Click the photograph and a screen will appear with the photographs for you to view in a slideshow at a larger size. Click Next or Previous to view photographs the Apartment has submitted. Click the X to close the screen.

Q: If I like the Apartment Listing and want to share, how do I do that?

A: On the Apartment Listing Detail Page, click “Send to Friend.” A screen will populate that request the required information to send to a friend. Complete the requested fields and submit. Remember! The symbol * denotes a required field which means it has to be completed for the submission to complete.

Q: What if I have a question about the Apartment Listing? How do I contact the Apartment?

A: On the Apartment Listing Detail Page, click “Send Inquiry.” A screen will populate that request the required information needed from you to submit an inquiry to the Apartment. Complete the requested fields and submit. Remember! The symbol * denotes a required field which means it has to be completed for the submission to complete. This Inquiry goes directly to the Apartment. Response time to your Inquiry is at the discretion of the Apartment not UnlimitedApartments.com.

Q: What does “Add to Favorite” mean?

A: If you have created an account with UnlimitedApartments.com, clicking “Add to Favorite” means that Apartment Listing will be viewable in Add to Favorite Category in your Dashboard.

Q: How do I get Directions to the Apartment Listing?

A: On the Apartment Listing Detail Page, enter the address where you are in the field beside “Get Directions.” Click “Get Directions.” On the Google Map, you will see Location A (your location) and Location B (Apartment Listing location). A visible Blue line will outline the best route for you. In the Field above your address, you can select “By Car, Public Transit (if available in that City), Bicycling, and Walking.” Select the transportation you desire and, again, a visible Blue line will outline the best route for you. You will also see the “Suggested Routes.” Highlight the “Suggested Route” of choice and below the “Suggested Route” will be written directions. As you toggle between “Suggested Routes,” you will notice the visible Blue line changes accordingly as well as the written directions respectively.

A: Click “Submit Listing” in the navigation bar at the top of UnlimitedApartments.com. On the “Submit Listing” page, you will have to either Register or Sign In.
Select the “Advertising Package” that best suits your Advertising needs.
At this time, both FEATURED and CATEGORY PAGES are offered for FREE !!!
Enter Details.
Select the “Category” that best describes your Business.
Complete all fields of your choice.
Remember! The symbol * denotes a required field which means it has to be completed for the submission to complete.
Click “Accept Terms and Conditions”
Click “Preview”.
Preview your Apartment Listing. If you need to edit, click “Go Back and Edit” button.
If you have not Sign In or are a New Customer, you will be asked to Register.
“Payment Transaction” is next. Select your payment preference.
Complete the required information for your payment to be processed.
Click “Pay & Publish”.
“Listing Submitted Successfully” page will populate. You can review all your submitted information. An email at this time is also generated and sent to you for your reference.

Q: How many photographs can I upload to show my Apartment?

A: Each Package lists the number of images you are allowed on the Submit Listing Page.

Q: Can I upgrade my Listing after I publish it?

A: Yes! You are given an opportunity to upgrade each time you edit your Listing.
