The Department of Chemistry recently celebrated its 100th anniversary, and is one of the largest chemistry programs in the state. We offer comprehensive graduate degrees with research training in the four traditional areas of chemistry (analytical, inorganic, organic and physical) with a wide range of subdisciplines including computational chemistry, organometallic chemistry, materials chemistry and forensic science, to name only a few.
We will be happy to provide you with additional information about the chemistry department and our degree programs, and to arrange for you to visit the department. Please contact Olivia Countryman in the Student Services office, 940-565-3554 or chem@unt.edu, for more information, application material, or to schedule a visit.
