Upper Southampton Township is a township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 15,152 at the 2010 census.GeographyAccording to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 6.6 square miles (17.1 km²), all of it land.Past and present place names include Chinquapin, Churchville, Cornell, Davisville, and Southampton.Natural features include Broad Axe Creek, Neshaminy Creek, and Pennypack Creek.DemographicsAs of the 2010 census, the township was 95.8% White, 0.8% Black or African American, 0.1% Native American, 1.8% Asian, 0.1% Native Hawaiian, and 1.1% were two or more races. 1.6% of the population were of Hispanic or Latino ancestry.As of the census of 2000, there were 15,764 people, 6,031 households, and 4,462 families residing in the township.
