Upscale Yard Sale - A Premier Consignment Event

Upscale Yard Sale is a consignment sale organized by Shelby Decker, Christina Hudson and Brandy Rice. The concept is two-fold: Great bargains on high-end fashions, accessories and home décor for the savvy shopper and an awesome opportunity for consignors to sell their gently used items at a 70/30 percentage which is higher than most consignment shops 50/50.

Consignors:
•Submit the Consignor Agreement with $5 registration fee by March 11th. At this time a Consignor number will be assigned to you.
•Properly tag and price your items. Price tag sheets will be given to you at registration and will also be available on our Facebook page for you to print at your convenience.
•Terms are 70/30 for any sold item. Payment to consignors will be made with 7 days of the sale.

Pre Sale:
•All consignors are eligible to attend the Pre Sale event which is not available to the general public. Pre Sale will be Friday, March 15th from 6 pm to 8 pm.
•Consignors will receive their Pre Sale pass at Drop Off.

Drop Off:
•Thursday, March 14th from 6 pm to 9 pm and Friday, March 15th from 8 am to 2 pm.
•We will take an inventory of your priced items upon drop off.

Pick Up:
•All unsold items must be picked Saturday, March 16th from 1 pm to 3 pm.
•If you chose to donate your unsold items, we will take care of getting them to a non-profit organization for them to distribute as needed.


Volunteers:
If you volunteer for 3 hours, you will receive 80% of your sales!!
