Uptown Plain City

No matter who you talk to you hear it, Plain City is the next hot central Ohio neighborhood. We want to be that hot neighborhood while continuing to be what made Plain City great enough to draw so much interest in the first place; a charming and close-knit small town community.

The all-volunteer Uptown Plain City Organization (UPCO) is working with the village and counties to improve the look of the uptown, help current businesses grow and recruit new ones. UPCO works with all businesses and residents, not just those in the uptown. It's a community that helps its own, all of us.
