Our Parents

Jasmine and Bhushan Arolkar (born and raised proud Mumbaikars) founded Urban Turban in August 2011 in New Zealand, and in 2014 they brought the concept to Las Vegas, USA.

Our Name

"Urban" - signifies the city of Mumbai: its food capital, street food and the artful mixture of fine and casual dining.
"Turban" - headgear, worn by Indians. Represents honor & traditions.

Our Goal

Bring new-age cuisine with Traditional values of Mother India.
