Urban Warrior Fit

I became fond of physical training during my time serving in the Marines. I enjoyed the way physical training was incorporated to develop the warrior mindset. As a Marine, I had to ensure that I maintained a high-level of physical readiness, because you had to be ready for a variety of physical tasks. I still carry this same attitude toward my physical training, and want to promote the same with all the members of Team Anoroc. Life must be lived in an active manner, being physically and mentally ready to battle through obstacle life throws our way. The mind and body are connected and physical training can help transform both.
Our bodies are designed to perform physical task, but due to modernization many of us no longer perform enough physical activity to help keep us getting sick, lazy, and weak.
Our Mission:
Establish a community of people who embody the warrior mindset. Dedicated to fight against the sedentary, and unhealthy life-style that is becoming todays norm. Through the use of education, physical activity, and building a strong team environment, we can achieve our physical, personal, and professional goals. Fitness goes beyond the physical transformation, it can help develop a better "YOU". Let's get training!
